Many of the parking dekcs are located under a portion of the building in order to minimize site impact and reduce walking distances, Phase 1� 1 Parking Garage 500 spaces jointly designed with CTRC Master Plan 9 Parking Garages 4,500 spaces (parking garage to replace McDermott & Allied Health surface lots.)
