The majority of the buildings are aligned in groups along the stream. The intent is to protect as much of the natural amenity as possible while articulating clear site access and circulation, and minimizing pedestrian and vehicular conflicts. Formal & Informal spaces area created by the building groupings. Natural areas are preserved along much of the stream.
